7:34 PM || Eargasm: U2 - Beautiful Day
After a long hiatus, I'm back with more updates than ever. Hmm, I guess I'll recap everything that's been going on.
{CHS Idol} The event was really successful despite all the drama that ensued because of the junior class' stubbornness over the class act issue. But yea, good job Will for putting on a great event and Jason for doing all the sound stuff (yea you definitely deserve credit for doing that.) Congratulations to all the winners and to Sherry Yi for becoming our second CHS Idol winner AND People's Choice winner. :D
{AP Exams} To say the least, this year wasn't as bad as last year in terms of the difficulty of the test (or at least I'm hoping my judgment is accurate.) Let's see .. Calculus multiple choice was a little harder than the practice tests we took, but we were definitely well-prepared for the free response sections. English multiple choice was suspiciously easier than usual, but one of the free response essays was pretty difficult, I have to say. U.S. Government & Politics (Civics) multiple choice was so-so, but the essays were very easy to work with. Lastly, Comparative Government & Politics was definitely underestimated by many. I think I seriously failed that multiple choice section. Hopefully I did alright on the essays to get a passing score. Nonetheless, I'm so freakin` relieved that I don't have to take any more APs for the rest of my life! Yay! The verdict comes out mid-July. Let's hope for some passing scores. *crosses fingers*
{Senior Prom} And the last dance of our school high career comes .. and goes .. leaving us all with many memories to cherish forever. So my day went like this:
9 - 10 am: shower, shave, get so fresh & so clean!
10 - 11:30 am: waited forever to get them eyebrows threaded
11:30 - 12:30 pm: my house to get everything ready
12:30 - 1 pm: Jason's house to hang out
1 - 3:30 pm: Catherine's house for hair, getting ready w/ the girls
3:30 - 5:30 pm: Nordstrom's to get makeup done by Stila
5:30 - 6 pm: back to Catherine's house to get dressed
6 - 6:30 pm: my house to take pictures with the family
6:30 - 7 pm: Jason's house to take pictures
7 - 7:30 pm: Edward's house to wait for the others
7:30 - 8 pm: drive up to Culver City w/ Ed, Julie, and Jason
8 - 12am: 'A Night With The Stars' @ Sony Pictures Studio
12 - 12:30 am: ride back home
12:30 - 1 am: 7-11 to get slurpees & lunchables =P
1 - 9 am: Jason's house to get some alone time and sleep! =)
Yup, and the day was just perfect with the exception of my constant coughing on the tiny dance floor when I seriously felt like I was gonna die. Haha. Everyone and their mommas looked so hot I thought the place was on fire. *wink* I still think our class put on a better Prom last year, but good job to the juniors. Congratulations to Justin Hyun and Sandra Leu for winning Prom King & Queen! Thank you for being my lovely date Jason and for making my Prom that much more special! I couldn't imagined going with anyone else. I love you with all my heart and soul, and with all I have to give. *smile* (and you just came right now to drop off Jamba! awww you're the best! thanks!)
