1:38 PM || Eargasm: Black Eyed Peas - Hey Mama
STEPHANiE, my dear, today is your 18th birthday! At last! You, the baby at heart, is an adult. I never thought it would be possible! Haha. Your friendship means so much to me. All the many memories created together .. being workout buddies this past summer, ASB meetings, complaining about BOYS (or a particular boy who will be left anonymous for his sake), 4 years of Japanese with the teacher who needs to go to church (LOL!), Japanese Idol, Sorority Life, Nihon no Homestay, soondooboo-ing, ice cream mishaps at the soondooboo place, Kabuki memories, pad-seeyoo (or however you spell it) .. and the list goes on! What would I do without you? I love you Steph! Wishing you all the best today and all the days of your adulthood. Korean food, anyone?
Yup, I was right. I started my period the day after I wrote the previous post. That explains the random tears and the moodiness! Haha, so yea. I'm at home and not at school because I woke up with a nasty sore throat and it hurts whenever I swallow. So I'm starting my weekend a day early. But not really, because I still have so much to do! It's like a never-ending to-do list. The story of my life. But I don't blame anyone. I got myself involved in a mess of tough classes, along with activities and work, all which keep me busy day and night. It's too bad there's not enough hours in the day.
Last night, I watched the play Othello at the Performing Arts Center with the AP English-ers. It was way too long that almost everyone fell asleep at one point. But it was interesting. At least it was better than Antigone. Afterwards, Jason and I went to Guppy. We got the butter coconut brick toast (which I would recommend to anyone!) and a small mixed fruit shaved ice. Good stuff man. I swear, that place has my CDs or playlist or something, because I always hear songs that I have that are not normally played on the radio. Kinda weird. Oh, and 'Superman' by Five for Fighting. That was another sign. *GRiN*
And so the rest of the college decisions will be coming in soon. The long-awaited UCLA decisions start today. *GASP* Wish me luck. And to everyone else, GOOD LUCK to you too!
I took this test and the results came out surprisingly accurate. Give it a try!
