4:28 PM || Happy New Year's Eve everyone! I got me a pet hamster today! I named her Bella. Jay and bought her this morning and put it on my front porch with a starter cage as a New Year's surprise. YAY! I'm so happy! Too bad she doesn't like to be touched a lot because she's still a baby hammie. She doesn't use the exercise wheel yet either. But in time, she's gonna be one heck of a hyper hammie! Thanks so much Jay! ;D

It's that time of the year again .. yes, yes you're right! It's time for those New Year's Resolutions! Let's see how I do this year as compared to the last.

In the year 2004, I resolve to (many are the same as last year's):

  • learn how to be more patient
  • get into shape (use the gym membership!)
  • reduce internet/online time
  • keep my room cleaned at all times
  • rebuild friendships that have taken a downhill slope
  • work hard in school despite any form of Senioritis takeover
  • stop putting off everything til the last minute/no more procrastinating!
  • learn how to manage my money wisely
  • deposit money into savings account every week
  • maintain relationships w/ high school friends during college
  • deal with rejection fairly well (during acceptance letters time)
  • spend more time with family & friends
  • make the most out of every situation, no matter how bad it is
  • learn something new
  • take up knitting / crocheting
  • learn how to swim (well) =P
  • learn how to surf [?!]
  • take care of Bella as if she were my own child
  • help others w/out giving a second thought
  • redesign blog as a website
  • learn to love reading
  • write more letters
  • go on a road trip & take in the wonders of spontaneity
  • be realistic with my goals
  • take pictures whenever I can (memories!)
  • be kinder to myself and to others
  • stay true to my morals, beliefs, goals, and intentions at all times
  • stick with my new year's resolutions!

    Hope everyone has a great time partying the night away! I think I'll resort to staying at home watching movies, singing karaoke (with my siblings' friends!), grubbin` on mommy's good food, and reminiscing the past year. ;D
