12:10 AM || What can I say? Despite all of this AP summer homework madness, I've been enjoying my last week before school starts. Hanging out with 'DA CREW' [Jessica, Chris, James, Christine, Diane, Ellis, me] has been a blast! Going night swimming, chillin` at James' & Chris' houses, going out to eat, playing pusoy [betting w/ quarters!], and watching Chicago just about a million times! 'Pop, six, squish, uh-ah, cicero, lipschitz..' FUN STUFF man. It's gonna be so sad once school starts cause I'm sure most of us aren't going to hang out as much anymore. Boo to that.

My relationship with Jay has also been going really well! Even if we don't go out or anything, we always have a blast doing quirky couple-y things and whatnot. His family is the BEST too! Wow, I'm such a lucky girl. Forreal. I love how he takes care of me and makes me feel all giddy inside. He's definitely one in a million, and I'm so lucky and happy to able to say that I love him with all my heart. =)

School is crawling up around the corner all too quickly. It's strange .. I always thought the day I would turn into a MIGHTY SENIOR was too far away. And now, it's just 2 days away! I'm reeaaally excited, yet also scared because this is gonna be the last year we're all gonna be together before we part our separate ways to college & the real world. So this year, I'm gonna set some goals for myself; [1] Don't be afraid to try new things! It's my LAST year of high school, so it's okay if I don't succeed in everything I do, but at least I know I tried, and that's what counts! [2] Don't hold grudges! Seriously, grudges only make a person weak because all he/she is doing is concentrating on that instead of more important things. It's time to be more mature and create stronger bonds with people, instead of holding grudges forever. [3] Don't let procrastination be my best friend this year! Last year, as much as I tried, I still did everything last minute, and what has it done? Just caused me a lot of stress, worse-than-ever grades, and really ugly eye bags. So this year, I'm really gonna try to do everything early and be a LOT more organized so everything won't be so cluttered up. Maybe I'll even try using Manila folders to sort everything out. [4] Make the most of it! Senior year IS supposed to be the BEST year of high school right? So I'm gonna try to make the most out of every situation I may end up in. If worst comes to worst, I just gotta keep my head up and stay strong. Just like Tupac said, "Baby don't cry, you gotta keep your head up, even when the road is tough, NEVER GIVE UP." '04 FASHO!
