10:45 PM || Today was a fun day despite all the sickness going around. During snack, I wanted to go home because I was really sick and my throat hurt a lot. So I went to the Nurse, but then I remembered that Catherine told me that if I was gonna leave school, then call her since she was sick too and she wanted company. So she picked me up, and then we went to Kinko's to make copies for Unity Club. We learned how to use the credit card operated copying machine! LOL! We had a good laugh just talking about things while folding those brochures.

After that, we went to Michael's Craft Store at LBTC to get stuff for Homecoming. While on the way, Catherine was freaking out cause she thought the van in front of us was her aunt, since she kept going the same direction as us. But we never got to see the woman driving the van, so who knows. I saved Cat so much money! She wanted to buy all these expensive things, but I found these alternatives that would also work for half the prices! We had to find and count 550 paper sheets that matched the theme, so that was difficult cause they ran out of all the good ones. We found a bunch of cool stuff to decorate the wrestling room AKA "Austin's Pad" with so that should be fun.

Then we got hungry so we went back to Cerritos and ate at Kabuki. It was my first time eating there! And yes, it was a good experience indeed. A lot of funny things happened there, as well as a lot of good bonding, so I had a lot of fun. I wanted to say, "this restaurant's sushi is the best!" in Japanese, but Cat said she'd ditch me if I did. Haha. Great friend, huh? *wink*

After eating, she dropped me off at work, where I enjoyed tutoring these two girls, Arielle & Cassidy, just cause they are so cute! The 1st & 2nd grade math class that I teach was packed today though, so that was kinda hectic.

Then Jay picked me up and we headed to his new house cause he moved out of his old one today. Awww that makes me sad cause we spent a lot of our time in his old house. I guess we just gotta make more memories in this house then! I like how the new house looks cause everything matches. Jay's room is all blue, and his sister Jenny's room is all white. Everything looks good! So Jay and I spent a good amount of time there before he dropped me off and went to play volleyball. Which reminds me of how much I miss playing volleyball! =( I wished I played. And what REALLY sucks is not being able to participate in Club Volleyball this year since I'm gonna be gone to Boston for MUN that week. Sucks .. every team that I was in made it to the Finals every year since my freshman year! Pretty cool huh? But I'm sad cause I won't get to play this year. Maybe they'll change the date or something. *crosses fingers*

So that was my day. I'm feeling a whole lot better now. Thanks to that miso soup and everyone's "get well" wishes. Thanks guys! Hopefully my illness will go away by tomorrow so I can enjoy my weekend without having to blow my nose or sneeze every half second. Hehe.
