11:26 PM || Last night, I played Texas Hold `Em with Diane, Jessica, James, and Diane's many cousins until 5:30am and BOY, that game is addicting! James and I played as a team since both of us didn't have a lot of money, so we each pitched in 5 bucks to start off. In the beginning, we were actually playing pretty well for beginners. The first time we won, we were up 10 bucks so that was like 5 bucks each. But man, we should have cashed in after we won, cause from then on, our winnings just kept going down and down. Pretty soon, we were down the hole and had to buy more poker chips to stay in the game. Then we won a couple more times, and we were up like 8 bucks total. And once again, we SHOULD have stopped here. BUT no, the game is incredibly addicting and Diane's cousins are persuasive, and so we ended the night losing about 30 bucks total. BLAH. Sucks, doesn't it? Now I know how it feels to be a gambling addict (sorta.) And now I don't have money for the whole week. Haha. It's okay though, right James? We had fun and that's all that counts! (Even though we should have won that last round!) I guess it's better luck next time!

Oh yea, since Friendster is gonna start charging, there's another site very much like it called MySpace that's free so hopefully this one stays free. Add me as your friend! =)
