4:06 PM || Friday; What a great day I had spending the day with Jay! First, I came over and we packed a lot of stuff in his room because he was gonna be moving into his new house next week. We came across a lot of projects he'd done in his elementary years, and was pleasantly surprised that while reading his "Letters to Santa", he'd never asked for anything for himself, but for the better things in life like world peace, no pollution, and no cigarettes. I thought it was so cute how he'd always been such a deep thinker even when he was young. =) We packed 5 boxes or so, then took a break and just cuddled `n stuff. ;D Afterwards, we headed over to his new house where he's gonna be living with his sister. We checked it out, picked out a room for him, then went back to his house. I wanted to bake a homemade pizookie, so we went to Ralph's to get a circular baking pan. Then Jay had this great idea of making dinner for that night, so after aimlessly walking up and down the aisles looking for the ingredients, he had this sudden craving for pizza. So he put back everything he'd collected, and decided that we'll make dinner another night. Ha! So we got some pizza, then went back to my house to grab some cookie dough for the pizookie, but found out that my sister had used it all up. So, we went to Rite Aid to look for cookie mix, but all they had was brownie mix, so we just settled for that. We bought some yummy Pecan Praline ice cream too. =P We went back to his house, ate the pizza with his mom, then started to bake the fudge brownies. Jay was a really good kitchen assistant, making sure I had all the right ingredients and utensils, and even mixed the brownie mix! Thanks Jay! So after waiting for 45 minutes for the brownies to be done, Jeff, Scott, Howie, and Mike came over to play and try some of the brownies+ice cream. Jay's uncle+aunt came over too, and we gave them some dessert too. I love his family! Haha, but yea, they're always so friendly & all. So after everyone (except me `cause there wasn't enough to go around) ate the food, Victor came over, and helped Jay move a couch onto his truck to bring to his new house. It was funny cause Mike was hiding under the couch in the back of Jay's truck. Then I went home, and ended the night watching one of my favorite all-time movies, The Green Mile, with my family. I love movies that can offer a different perspective on life the way that this movie does. If you've never watched it, I really recommend you take 3 hours of your time and watch it.

Saturday; I woke up really late so I came to the CSF Carwash late. I still had a lot of fun though, cheerleading with Diana and Yina on the sidewalks. We used the cheer that we used for our class carwash to attract people's attention. 'We wash, we scrub, we give your car some LOVE!' ::makes heart shape:: I ended up getting a really nasty tan & sunburn on my shoulders so that was icky. After the carwash, Diana, Yina, Berry, and I wanted to get some Jamba so we headed off to South St. Center, got our drinks (and saw Asmita working at Jamba!), then went to L&L because the other girls wanted to try what a spam musubi was. I was so shocked that they'd never had it before! Haha that's some crazy stuff. So they got spam musubis, while I got a mini order of chicken katsu, and we sat around and talked about our dreams, pregnancies, and my future wedding plans. =D Everyone wants to be my bridesmaid! LOL! It's so nice just to able to catch up with friends and talk about anything and everything that comes up. I really miss a lot of my friends whom I haven't seen all summer. On Davi's profile once, it said, "A friend a day will make the sadness go away" or something like that. That would be cool if I could spend the remaining days of summer catching up with a different friend each day, no? Hehe, then I went to pick up my pictures, went home and was really tired so I knocked out on my couch, then woke up, went for a jog with JJ, then scanned the pictures (which will be up in the gallery soon) and watched another one of my favorite movies, John Q, with Louie and JJ.

Senior Beach Day; So the date got moved to Monday, August 18th, from 2pm until whenever everyone wants to leave. To clear up any misconceptions about who is planning this, it's NOT an official Senior Class activity planned by the Officers or InnerCouncil. Although Brian and I are part of IC, we're taking time off our schedules to plan this end of summer get-together. It's been a tradition every year for upcoming seniors to have a bonfire, so since nobody else was planning one, we decided to take it on our own hands and organize it. We still have to find a beach, because we found out Newport doesn't allow bonfires, so if you have any suggestions for location, then don't hesitate to comment on this post or talk to either one of us. We're probably not gonna have a BBQ thing, cause that would be really costly on our parts, so we'll probably just ask some people to bring like, chips, drinks, etc. for the day time, then for the bonfire, marshmallows and hangers. If you're going and would like to bring something for this event, we'd really appreciate it so that it would take some burden off from our shoulders. Invite A LOT of your friends, but make sure that they're CHS Seniors ONLY because that's exactly what this is, a SENIORS ONLY event. Kinda like a bonding activity to start off the senior year. Yeah. Any updates will be posted in future posts. Oh and if you're SURE you can go, tell me so that we can estimate the turnout. Thanks guys!
